Being a chiropractor for over
25 years I have failed countless times. However, all those wonderful learning opportunities have given me wealth of knowledge in practice building and management skills. I cannot wait to share with you!
I have had an interesting practice growth journey. From being an associate, to setting up my first solo-practice, to starting and running Norways first multidisciplinary practice specializing in the treatment of pregnant women and children. That was 16 years ago. It that time it developed into franchise with 7 clinics at the most. However, I discovered running a franchise business was really not MY dream. One of the most valuable lessons we can learn is when to quit. And some even say, we should quit more often. It is sometimes easier to hold on to things, than to let go and give space for new things, people and experiences in our lives.

I am happy to own and run 2 thriving clinics with a wonderful team of 17 practitioners.
I have had the privilege to work with many different practitioners working their way through their growth journey. I have witnessed those who struggle, and those who crack the codes and blossom with ease. There are patterns, tools and strategies for you to build and grow your practice. My own practice journey, has included a post-master in chiropractic pediatrics, being part of the first group of pediatric spesialists chiropractors in Norway. I was super lucky to be one of the three founders, who went through an interesting and tough journey of making a price winning successful product that is now sold in over 50 countries around the world.
